Using your needs, budget, and questionnaire, we craft a detailed design plan with mood boards, floor plans, 2D/3D renderings, color schemes, furnishings, material samples. During our presentation meeting, we review every element—furniture, color schemes, material samples, and timelines—making adjustments before finalizing the plan.
We review all the information and assemble a detailed contract, outlining design fees, products, services, taxes, and shipping. Once the contract is approved and a deposit is made, we send a questionnaire to all decision-makers. After it’s completed, we schedule the next appointment to move forward.
This is where we dive deeper into your preferences, lifestyle, and needs. During an in-person one hour tour of your home or office, we discuss your objectives, budget, and timeline. We measure, take photos, and start building a relationship to ensure we’re fully aligned on your vision and next steps A one-time consultation fee will be collected at the time of our meeting.
