our process

We start with a no-fee, personalized call to understand your vision and project goals. This conversation helps us gather essential details and align with your needs. Afterward, we schedule an in-person visit or Zoom meeting to assess your space and gain a clear understanding of the project.

Once you’re ready to move forward with a design plan and presentation, we’ll send a Letter of Engagement outlining the design fee and scope of work.After the agreement is approved and the design fee is received, a questionnaire will be shared with all decision-makers. Once completed, we’ll schedule your design presentation.

This is where your vision comes to life. Using your needs, budget, and questionnaire responses, we develop a detailed design plan that may include mood boards, floor plans, 2D/3D renderings, color schemes, furnishings, and material samples. During the presentation, we walk through every element—furnishings, color palettes, materials, and overall direction—making any necessary refinements before finalizing the plan.

We handle everything—from ordering and delivery to installation and final styling—ensuring your space comes together seamlessly and beautifully.

This is where we dive deeper into your preferences, lifestyle, and needs. During an in-person one hour tour of your home or office, we discuss your objectives, budget, and timeline. We measure, take photos, and start building a relationship to ensure we’re fully aligned on your vision and next steps A one-time consultation fee will be collected at the time of meeting confirmation..

Following your design presentation, and once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll incorporate any refinements and assemble a detailed agreement outlining services, taxes, and shipping.
Once the agreement is approved and the deposit is received, the project officially begins.

Finally, we bring your design vision to life! * We arrange décor, style shelves, fluff pillows, and fine-tune every detail—creating a cohesive, polished, and inviting space that feels like home.
